Cancellation of Order by Cards Garden
There are some orders that we are unable to accept and these will be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel the order for any reason.
Cancellation by Customer
In order to provide a prompt service, we start processing the card once the payment is confirmed. And also, as we are creating personalized greeting card exclusively for every individual order, the customers are not allowed to cancel the order once we start processing the same.
We normally dispatch any card you order within 2 business days. Our logistic partners will attempt to contact you. If it is not possible to deliver the items due to reasons such as incorrect address, unavailability of recipients, or refusal to accept delivery by intended recipients. If in any case the product remains undelivered, it will be returned to our office and you will be informed. We will hold the products for 7 days, within which you could ask for redelivery at an alternative address with an additional delivery charge.
Defective or Damaged Delivery
We will make sure of the quality of the product before dispatching the product from our office. We will also email you the dispatch details to you. Please track them to get them on time. If there is any defect or damages during postal delivery, Cards Garden will not take any responsibility.
We dispatch the product within 2 business days from the date of placing order or the date of customer’s wish, hoping that you will get the product on time. We can only assure you the timely dispatch from our office. But we are not responsible for the postal delay /postal damage/ missing of the items sent by us. We will inform you the mode of shipping and shipping information through email so that you can track your product. The delivery will not be redirected/ redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
In case of floods / Heavy Rains / National Bandh, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date.
